What is your policy on collecting packages?
Packages must be collected on a first in first out basis. Once packages have accumulated, they must all be collected as one.

How often do you have flights?
We have flights from the U.S. 5x per week. We ship and clear Monday-Fridays.

What is your holding period for packages?
Packages must be collected within three (3) months of the date they are received and made available for collection or delivery. Packages remaining uncollected after this period may, to the extent permitted by applicable law, be treated as abandoned and may be sold, auctioned, or otherwise disposed of to recover outstanding shipping, customs, storage, handling, administrative and other reasonable expenses. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their contact information is current and for making arrangements to collect their packages within the stated timeframe.

When do customs fees apply?
Imported goods may be subject to customs duties, taxes, fees, permits, or other government charges depending on the value, type, classification and applicable Jamaican Customs requirements. Our shipping calculator provides an estimate, but final customs charges are determined by the relevant authorities. Customs fees are typically charged on packages valuing $100 USD or higher.

What are restricted items?
Toy guns, pepper spray, any form of weapons including swords, guns, ammunition, radar detectors, unprocessed meat, live animals, firecrackers, explosives, lighters and matches, camouflage, cash etc. This list is not exhaustive. Certain items may require permits, licenses, special handling or prior approval. If you're unsure whether an item can be shipped, contact us before purchasing it.

Do I need a separate sea freight address?
No you do not. All you need to do is add the word SEA at the end of your mailbox number.

We Ship It Your package is processed and shipped to Jamaica. 6. Get Notified We'll notify you when your package is ready
